I will go and apply 2 flame suits now :
if this was a poll for most practical car that doesnt bugger up with rust, turns well in carparks, has bulk rear legroom and weighs as much as a fart, then im sure the title would say so the coupes owners, however, probably wouldnt care if the car gave them herpes, thats how damn sexy they are!

XB coupe for me

Too be completely honest there are many more models that I would prefer to have over my EL, but when It comes to the best looking body IMO the EL XR's have it.

The problem with the AU having votes is? I like to be different not 'fit' in with the crowd, fo sho What ever that means

Definitely XB COUPE especially in GT trim.... I'm only half biased, since I have an XA COUPE.

my pick surprisingly enough would be a very early xb coupe, with the door jamb vents and verticle indicators on the quarters
in general though, the xa-xb-xc-landau hardtops

the coupes are winning the vote, but it may be much closer if we could vote for the xy

Couldn't say it better.

They make me go weak at the knees every time I see one. All I have to do now is find one in decent enough condition that I can drive it while I restore it. XA or XB only, however...

Edit: I do, however have a soft spot for XD and XE Sedans.

I put my vote in for the EF/EL and especially the EF XRs,although I reckon I must be the only one who prefers the EF to the EL in the XR range.
What else? I love the XA coupe, but it has to have big rubber to fill out those rear guards - they look wrong with the stock rims on them.

Yeah the coupes all the way, but I'm starting to like the box shape XW/Y since we have just got a couple recently.

GO THE XA XB XC Hardtops by far the coolest aussie fords ever built they look like they are doing 100 standing still!! mines red so it looks like its doing 110!! cos da red ones go faster, but the second place has got to go to the early falcon (XK XL XM) ute, very cool hay haulers!!!

Coupes by a massive margin unsurprisingly...clearly the best car ever designed in OZ !!!!!!!
I would have voted AU second, its a pity so many people dislike the AU shape, in XR form its a tough looking car .

The AU body was so good, Mercedes copied it.

How come I can't vote for a two door body with the tub in the back?
