Question Fiesta Trim Falling Off !!

I was driving up the highway and the black trim on the drivers door came loose and was flapping in the breeze !!
I stopped the car and took the trim off. The glue to the clips had separated. A bit of Araldite and all was good.
Anyone else had this problem ?? Of course, happens out of warranty !!!!

Same part as mine. Maybe FORD should look at better clips to hold the trim in place
