you can buy the mirror on its own from ford they are **** easy to remove and install as long as your gentle and i know they are less than 70 bucks new. i did one a couple of months ago at work but i dont see how an el mirror assembly can do that much damage at so little speed

I'm sure the guy broke his mirror, got a quote then drove around waiting for someone to hit it :rolleyes:

And to think, if it happened to any of your cars you'd be spewing chips and out for blood. He's given Sikora a bloody good break for a random by not going through insurance. And good on you for doing the right thing by the guy, reguardless of what advice (for lack of a better term) is being thrown around here.
