Tommorrow is the day I get behind the wheel of the Supercheap Falcon at QLD raceway,as long as it stays dry up here as they dont run on rainy days (Damn), Going into it with a bit of caution but also with out worrying about breaking anything as its not my car, hopefully hit the 220 mark as that is the advertised speed down the straight. Have been there before but not quite legal.

I assume you are talking about the V8 Experience at Qld Raceway.
You will love it. The instructors in the cars push you to go harder and harder. I promise that if you do it once you will want to do it again. It is addictive. Make sure you grab a video so you can have bragging rites later. Mr Mooch

Oh yeah, grabbing the video and my wife is doing a video as well and the mother in law is getting a hole heap of happy snaps and short video on the digital camera for me as I have to send it to work and show some guys here. My wife is also going to blow up the best picture so I can hang it in the garage with all the other pictures of my cars and racing too.

I did that drive day at calder a few months ago and ive got to say that while it was an awesome experience the cars performance is pretty lame, my XR8 roadcar feels faster and punchier.
The car i had wouldn't rev past 5000 in 4th, and took ages to rev out in 3rd, id say they're pretty tired motors in the cars.
