Well they are available and we have them so to speak through leaked copies,and is why i know about some of the set up proceedures.

There is a campainer here in SA ( forgot his name ) but often on TT in SA who saves a lot of bacon and backsides, he has copies so you may be able to track him down.

Cops are not allowed to take a speed reading with a radar on a rise, or at least that is the rule in SA.

Deny everything, fight the charge, they most probably think they can get away with it.

Check out that Ebook on fighting speeding fine like others have said.

I've got 21 days + 28 days after I get the 2nd notice thingo, so I think I'll send them a few letters in that time.
