I see what you did there....
The only issue with this car is the only place to REALLY test it, esp in Europe, is at Ehra Lessien which is where the Veyron did its record. And Ehra Lessien is owned by VW, which owns Bugatti. So there two chances of that VW leasing out the track to a competitor to beat their own record. Buckleys and Bob Hope's brother, No hope.

Yeah, agree it an awesome car and buy any day over the Ferrari/Lambo etc varieties if I had the coin.....
Still, unless bought just for track work (yet a track special will beat it for far less $$) or to show off at the lights and drive to 110ks, it becomes all a bit useless really! Fantastic no doubt regardless! |

Best engineering no compromise car maker out there! Their innovation is amazing, watch their videos on YouTube. This car needs to be driven with traction control on, I'll see if I can find a video of a test driver giving it a hard time @ + 300kmh.

Koenigsegg are pretty much the ultimate... would be insane in the One; love the concept and the name/meaning... One powerball as they say... would own one in a flash

I had a loan of a black CCR for a weekend back in 2006. Took it out nightclubbing in Kings Cross in the evening. Quick drive down to Wollongong on Sunday morning then drove a friend to his wedding.
Cool car & a great weekend. |

That would have been awesome. There's just "something" about the brand. As Hammond has said on Top Gear...they've got that "poster on a teenagers wall aura" about them, like people used to do with the original Countach and Ferrari Testarossas. |

Any idea where I can take one for a test drive? See what happens when you twin turbocharge a 5.0 V8? Ford? Are you paying attention? I'd love to see how this thing compares to the Huayra on the Top Gear track. We can predict Jeremy is going to call it the "One Colon One."

It's not the best looking car, for me that title goes to Lamborghini. This Is The Best Car! Big statement I know, but it's what this car represents. You know they are going to top this again with there pneumatic valve cylinder head.
