Ooh yeah -very nice!
Some subtle design cues from the C3 (1963-67) coupe in that roof line and rear window I reckon. Russ. |

A few too many exterior tack-ons for my taste. Keen to see it in a nice grey or black.

I miss the old muscle car days of the vette, it is starting to look too much like a race car or an exotic, sort of leaving its muscle car heritage behind, but i wouldn't knock one back either.

I think GM are trying to break into this market now with a car that gives huuuuge performance for a very reasonable price. Last edited by GASWAGON; 12-01-2014 at 12:40 PM. |

Looks awesome but it's what I would have expected a C7 ZR1 to look like, not Z06. Still, no complaints from me, it's tough as!

Still prefer the shape of the Mustang but with an interior like that I can overlook this!

Lots of curves, the design doesn't look like an American built/styled muscle car, if the thread didn't say Corvette l would have thought a Japanese or Korean styled car.

It looks very aggressive. I like the cockpit idea for the interior but I see that and think there is 0% chance for that to be RHD.

You may want to educate yourself on the composite leaf rear suspension. It's a trick piece of kit.

Hmmm the Germans and Italians may be scratching ther heads lol! And Clarkson obviously never realised the difference in design! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corvette_leaf_spring Last edited by GASWAGON; 12-01-2014 at 08:37 PM. |

Here I was thinking the late model Vette has massive 'old style' leaf springs under it with a 7.0ltr LS3 producing 500HP LOL!!!!!!! Thers actually a few great advantages of the composite design because it minimises wheel weight by negating normal coil springs as described on Wikipedia. |

It looks to me like a few design cues have been borrowed, the front lights look similar to those on a Cadillax CTS and the rear lights from recent Camaro's.

On closer inspection it's actually manual. So auto may not be available after all.

Good looking car but for the model after this one, where do they go with styling? It looks as though you can't do any more to enhance the shape
