Default Aussie Fords on Wiki, an AFF project.

After having a good look at wikipedia, the lack of proper information avaiable about Australian Performance Fords is sadly lacking. Im hoping that members on here can assist in the creation and maintainance of such articals.

The following GT models feature very little subject matter.
  • Ford XR
  • Falcon GT
  • Ford XT
  • Falcon GT
  • Ford XA Falcon GT
  • Ford XB Falcon GT
  • Ford EB Falcon GT
  • FPV BA GT
  • FPV BF GT

I have created pages for both the R-Spec range and EL GT.

However, there is a movement to remove/condense these pages into a general overveiw, with a discussion had Here.

I need some support to keep these articals seperate. Sign up is free and easy.

Cheers.

I love the pic of the Highway Patrol. I would love to know what the Highway Patrol car would be capable of, imagine the 0-100 times!

It's pretty amusing though, considering the XR8 next year will be reborn with the same spec engine as the FG GT, could you imagine being a HSV owner forking out all that money on a brand new GTS, then pulling up to the lights next to a FH XR8 and then sitting side by side all the way to 100 and beyond
Even more embarrasing would be the lower spec variants of the VF in HSV's stable getting whopped by a factory XR8.

the only problem Nikked is that a certain user seems too be incredibly bias too you articles. I've seen the GT-R spec and EL GT. they are pretty resourceful and well written in my opinion

Great Idea mate. Something that is great for Ford, getting the info out there.

And how about a separate section for the Tickford era?

That would be great 351 EL :-)

Since they are persistant on the El gt not having its own page, ill probally do a page for Australian Tickford operations, that way i can cover the GT's, XR8 sprint etc.
