Not bad. You might want to look in to CSS and how you can use that to do styles on your page. It is a very powerful thing.
E.g. http://www.csszengarden.com/ - Select a design menu on the right. The HTML doesn't change, only the CSS.
If you do go down the CSS route, then simply google free CSS templates to get yourself started.
What did you use to create the page in the first place?

the page is just done with tables there are 2 on the page

i get the domain and hosting at mates rates, a friend has a server :

photo also added to the bottom of page

Try making it "Red Goggo", instead of red goggo. Looks more professional

Otherwise looks really good.

Maybe a pic down the bottom of the main screen would be good to keep drawning your eye to the bottom of the page. Just a suggestion.
