Hey Guys, I've never posted in this section but I've got hold of a brand new set of original Ford Capri mags. i think they are off the Old 70's Capri they have never been fitted before.
There are a few sections where the black paint has rubbed of due to them being handled over the years but I'm just curious as to what they might be worth as id be looking to sell them when they arrive. Thanks in Advance. Also what would a brand new never fitted MK1 Grill be worth?? |

If you mean the optional rostyle rims (steel) then these would be sought after. Grilles in good condition are available and as they dont stand out much on the car then they probably arent worth that much. Auction them on ebay with good quality pics so people can see what they are getting.

Original Rostyles are getting hard to find, so if they are in good condition with the centre caps expect well over $500. I sold a set recently for $675 which was a shock to me as I was pizzed off paying $250 for them. Personally, I hate the look of them....they make the car look its age. However there are plenty of purists who'll splurge the cash for the factory look.
Ebay the place to get the best price. They a lot of people bidding ridiculous prices for stuff nowadays....I wish they were around 3 years agor when I sold off all my Capri parts. |
