piccys in car sale adds

I tried to upload a piccy of a car for sale.
It comes up as add URL.

I dont have a URL, I dont even know what it means, So how do I put a piccy of the car for sale in the thread,

Upload the photo to something like photobucket, just type it in google. Then once you upload it, photobucket will show you the URL to use for websites..

or tiny pic
to get a decent prem PB account i thinks its about 40 a year??
did it once and then it kept getting deducted yearly without asking
contacted them and stopped that quick smart
