Looking for Black fine ribbed corderoy fabric to cover two front seats in my Falcon Bathurst Cobra
Have been told purhaps the Escort RS2000 has the same fabric but unable to confirm Don't know if this material was Australian or sourced from the UK?, have been offered some beige coloured fabric but yet to confirm if its the same type Any help appreciated |

I would have thought Aus supply via Scheel. Scheel were the same suppliers used for the RS2000 Escort front seats.
I know of another Bathurst Cobra owner who had to go down the same road as you and I think all that they could manage was that of a close as possible match. Put more simply, the original was just not available. Your other option is to start ringing trim shops (lots of them) and see what they have. I was going to mention trying the website but I see that your car is already there. |

Thanks Paul for your advise, I will try & contact Scheel & see what eventuates
I have done the ring around & the Escort car clubs to no avail As you say we may just need to go to a close possible match or go with the beige & hope it can be dyed Has anyone else had any experiences with dying this type of fabric? Again I appreciate your input |
